Eligibility
To rent a vehicle, renters must meet the requirements of the booking platform used (such as Turo). Guests must have a valid driver’s license and meet the platform’s age, identity, and driving eligibility requirements.
Reservation & Payment
Reservations are confirmed through the booking platform once payment is completed. Pricing, taxes, fees, and protection plans are determined by the booking platform and may vary depending on trip dates and availability.
Security Deposit
Security deposits, if required, are processed through the booking platform and are refundable according to their policies once the trip is completed and the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition.
Rental Period
The rental period begins at the scheduled trip start time and ends at the scheduled trip end time listed on the reservation. Late returns may result in additional charges.
Prohibited Uses
The vehicle may not be used for:
• Racing, drifting, or reckless driving
• Illegal activities
• Off-road driving
• Track events or competitions
• Allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
Vehicle Condition
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up, excluding normal wear. The renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period.
Fuel Requirements
Vehicles require premium 93 octane gasoline. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Refueling fees may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
Late Returns
Vehicles returned after the scheduled return time may incur late fees and additional rental charges according to the booking platform's policies.
Insurance & Protection
All rentals are covered according to the protection plan selected during booking through the platform (such as Turo). Renters may also be responsible for damages depending on the selected protection plan.
Liability
The renter assumes responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period. The owner is not responsible for any personal property left in the vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund policies are governed by the booking platform used for the reservation (such as Turo). Please refer to your reservation details for the applicable cancellation terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
